If you are not concerned about property type, max price, min bedrooms or location, just leave that option’s associated drop-down box set at the default. Similarly, where an option doesn’t apply to a particular search at all, e.g. ‘min bedrooms’ for land or office searches, just leave the option set to ‘no preference’.
