professional qualifications.
Our mortgage adviser holds the full Certificate of
Mortgage Advice and Practice from the Chartered Institute of Bankers and the
full Financial Planning Certificates 1, 2 and 3.
Choosing the right mortgage can be confusing because there are so many different types available and so many lenders to choose from, each with different rates and special deals.
Through Knowles Estate Agency’s specialist advisor, Michael Knowles, we’ll ensure that you not only receive quality advice, in a friendly and helpful manner, but also get the best mortgage deal possible.We constantly review the mortgage market in order to select the appropriate lenders to meet your individual circumstances. We are not tied to any Bank or Building Society and, as a result, have access to over 7,000 mortgages from a wide range of lenders.
